This was painted on location during the Carmel Art Festival in Carmel, California, as part of the "Quick Draw" competition. I did a few little "touch ups" on it once I got it home. I love this little cottage, the Tuck Box, which is an English Tea House. Just a charming place...and great food too. Being half English (and born in England too) I just had to paint this (and have tea there!)! Was $700, now $300 framed.
