Painted on location at the Blodgett Canyon Overlook Trailhead near Hamilton, Montana. I stood next to Blodgett Creek listening to the soft sounds of the water gently going over the rocks, thus the name "Pianissimo." It was challenging with the light constantly changing on the water as it shone through the trees. It was such a peaceful afternoon. I can't wait to return to paint more in this area!
