This little 6x6 inch painting was painted on location in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. I loved the unique vantage point, standing partway up a hill looking down to the road at the bottom and then seeing up the next hill on the other side. I also loved the color...being early spring, I never expected it to be so colorful. Of course, the red roofs of the houses added a lot, especially in the beautiful late afternoon sun! Unframed.
